THE HOME INSPECTION
VENTILATION Ventilation and insulation play a vital role in temperature control, condensation, and roof condition. ROOF(S) The type, style, layers, quality, insulation and flashings are checked. We will perform a diligent inspection of both sides of the roof. HEATING AND COOLING We look at the age, condition and safety of each system. In most cases these are the most utilized and expensive appliances in the home. STRUCTURE A thorough inspection of the inside and outside of the structure, foundation, block condition, and attic are performed. DRAINAGE Inadequate or reversed drainage and grading cause most water damage. Gutters and downspouts are also evaluated. ELECTRICAL We check electrical panels, sub panels, branch wiring, open wiring, junction boxes, switches, GFCI outlets and more.
